James Beard Nominated Chef Bryce Shuman, of the acclaimed Betony in New York City, garnered three stars from The New York Times, one Michelin star, and was named 2015 Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef.” After offering a pop-up dinner delivery service called Ribs n Reds, (a social justice project
to benefit the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund) Bryce is now the Chef of the exciting open fire cooking Sweetbriar restaurant in NoMad/Kips Bay Manhattan. Soon to open GG, a fun and delicious Japanese izakaya right around the block.
